In addition to event management solutions we offer, our Association Management team is dedicated to achieving the missions of the client organizations we serve. WST Global Management is dedicated exclusively to, and are specialists of managing associations; and our primary priority is always to you, our client. Our Executive Director and committed professional staff will attentively work under the direction of your Board of Directors and volunteer leaders to accomplish the goals of your organization.
Planning and Logistics
Correspondence via telephone, mail, e-mail, and fax records; timetables and deadlines; pre-and-post conference meetings with vendors, clients and/ or committees; meeting room assignment/setups; food and beverage menus and guarantees; security; protocol and head tables; decorations; entertainment; shipment/delivery of materials
Exhibit, Trade Show Sales & Management
Marketing/sales, prospectus, list development, floor plans, decorating/drayage coordination, onsite supervision, evaluations, exhibitor directory. We can also design special sponsorship opportunities within the program and events and market those opportunities.
Speaker & Program Management
Volunteer/committee support, support to in-house program staff, Call-for-Papers, abstract receipt and processing, proceedings/CD-ROM preparation, speaker coordination, program book and detailed itineraries, and evaluations, post-event reporting, meeting room coordination, specialized AV equipment management, recording and transcription, CEU coordination, and translation services.
